We want you to be happy with TuboNext. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos (if applicable).

Damaged or wrong item — We will review genuine cases and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to stock and verification.

Opened / used products — For food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed products unless they are defective or not as described.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method once our payment gateway is integrated; timelines depend on your bank or card issuer.
